•    9h.30: Local market tour & street food tasting. Walk through the local market to explore a typical Vietnamese market which describes the cultures that can be found only in Vietnam. Besides, some of local seasoning and ingredients would be explained by our chef during the market tour.

•    10h.40: Cooking Class starts. The chef will teach you how to pre-process and make the Vietnamese foods with detailed instructions & recipes.

•   12h00: Time to enjoy your own foods, drinks are available on your requests during the lunch
