 Good afternoon Thi,

After few days I found some power to get back to You with my impressions of the trip. In a few words I will try to comment all the service, it won't be very long email :) 

Everything run perfect, as You promised - logo's on the tables, logo on the boat, logo in the restaurant 3nd day ( on the wall ) really nice, sometimes even in Europe we don't have something like that. Restaurants and food - really really good. Food choices - excellent, the best tastes of Vietnam.

Hotel and accommodation - really good, for next time You can provide the same one for sure. 

I'm really glad that we made this trip with You and I'm sure that next time OBP will come back to You with more incentives. The group looks really happy during whole trip so that's the most important feedback for You :)

Just a quick note to thank you so much for managing our trip through Cambodia and Laos recently.  We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and as we spoke about previously, everything ran smoothly from arrival at Phnom Penh to our departure from Luang Prabang. 

 Our highlights would definitely be the war history including the Genocide Museum, Plain of Jars, Angkor Wat and other temple ruins.  The elephant rides, especially being able to swim with them in Mondulkiri, was absolutely fabulous.  We all loved the cooking class in Vientiane, tubing in Vangvieng and the waterfalls in Luang Prabang.  I’ve attached a couple of pics for you of our travels. 

We were delighted with both our guides (and our drivers) - in Cambodia Ton Phirom and in LaosMr Vanthong.  They were both extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind which allowed us the flexibility to do the types of things that we enjoyed, e.g. eating spiders with Phirom and experiencing Hmong life with Mr Vanthong.  Also nothing was too much trouble for them and they both went well beyond what we had expected.  We would not hesitate to recommend these guides to any traveller!

 Sorry for the delay in writing ... I got sick on the way home – dengue fever – and am still off work but feeling much better!

It is with the greatest pleasure that I can say, your company & travel guide Thuan Hoi made our travel to Saigon a highlight of our trip. Firstly can I commend the itinerary that you put together for our small group.

The guide Thuan Hoi was very good, besides the fact he spoke excellent English his general personality was very pleasing, his attention to making sure that we enjoyed ourselves & had little if no interruptions was first class, My wife had a slight incident when she felt faint after our Cyclo ride but Thuan was quick to fetch some water for her along with a seat to rest on & then proceeded to find a beautiful fan for her to get her temperature down & regain her composure ( incidentally the fan was her favourite colour & she still has it). The lunche on that was organised was exceptionally good & made the day even more pleasurable. We have taken & given your details to some of our friends who are going to tour in the future so I hope that you can provide similar service to them also.

We have arrived home safely and the reality of life in Melbourne is upon me. I have had the most beautiful holiday thanks to you organising such a stress free time for both Jules and I.

All of your team of drivers and guides have been so helpful, informative and pleasant. We have so enjoyed our time in the different regions of Vietnam, you have a beautiful country and beautiful people. It was such a hoot to meet you in Ho Chi Minh city and meet the real Thi we had been communicating with for a number of weeks/months. Thank you for your help in getting Jules to a doctor and onto the correct treatment for Shingles as quickly as we did. She is feeling much better but I think she put on a brave face for the last few days in HCM city and our time down the Mekong. It was such a shame because everything had gone so well. Thi, we loved dinner at the Ngon restaurant. The food was so good and it was great having you there to show us how to eat it. The photo at the Ngon restaurant you sent me will be treasured. I will look forward to you coming to Australia when the time is right for you

Hi Thi,

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Vietnam. We had very long days and the accommodations were wonderful and our tour guides were very good as well. We were nervous on the train, but it turned out all well. Vietnam has beautiful seaside and it would have been nice to spend more time relaxing but we did want to see the country. Hoi An is a gem and we could of spent days there, because of the markets and it felt so safe and we could spend time walking around. The cooking course was fun!.

Phu Quoc was amazing – would have been easy to spend a week there alone. 

Thank you for helping us put our tour together, we much appreciate it and will recommend others for your service.
