Visit the Ben Thanh market to learn about ingredients of Vietnamese cuisines with so many vegetables and spices.

The first delicious taste of the day at the market: typical "bun thit nuong" (a noodle dish served with grilled meat balls) and a local Saigon beer or juice or any drink.

Transfer to taste delicious Huynh Hoa "banh mi" (typical Vietnamese sandwich) and sugar cane juice.  

Transfer to Banh Xeo Dinh Cong Trang which is a very popular pan cake of Southern Vietnam style. Taste "banh xeo" and "bo la lot" (grilled beef wrapped in a leave) and another kind of beer or other drink.

Then walk to Tan Dinh market nearby to taste many sweet desserts.
