Day 1: ARRIVAL IN HCMC (L-D)

8:00AM Arrival in Saigon

• + 45-seater buses with air-conditioning, TV screen and CD players will be waiting for the group at the arrival terminal. Smile Tours logistic staff + guide + 2 female receptionists in “ao dai” will be waiting for the group at the arrival terminal.
• + VIP service for fast visa procedure and custom clearance
• + Each guest will receive a fresh flower crown and a conical hat (for women) or an army helmet (for men) when coming out of the terminal and a welcome cold drink before stepping on the bus.
• + Luggage trucks will take care of the luggage right after the guests appear at the entrance of the terminal. These luggage trucks will transfer the luggage directly to the hotel for pre-check-in.
• + Activity of today: Saigon like Saigonese (Treasure & Picture hunt)
  • - Included:
• + The buses will bring the groups to a parking place near the airport where they will change into the Suzuki. Each Suzuki is for 6 persons. There will be an ice box of drinks on each Suzuki. The tour leaders and tour guides will join the guests on the Suzukis.
• + Start Saigon city tour by Suzuki. Stop at Notre Dame Cathedral & post office – Photo taking for 10 minutes
• + Stop at Reunification Palace – Photo taking for 10 minutes
• + Stop at places for massage during 30 min:
• + Lunch for all guests at a special local restaurant for local specialties (drinks will be served on requests)
• + After lunch the Saigon like Saigonese continues and the groups have their stops accordingly.
• + Enjoy a nice coffee stop at a pleasant cafe and spend about 1 hour there.
• + The Suzukis will bring the guests through the amazing traffic to visit local market (Binh Tay market). As the guests may not arrive at the same time, so the main guides and station guides will lead small groups in the market through the following sections: grocery, fresh meat and fish (if the guests want to do) or the cooked food area, vegetables, dry shrimp and fish, kitchen utensils, sweets and nuts, shoes, clothing, back to the main entrance where the meeting point is. This walk will take about 20 minutes.
• + Final stop is the hotel

• + Transfer to restaurant for welcome dinner (drinks will be served on requests)
• + Overnight in the hotel

Day 2: HCMC – CU CHI TUNNELS BY JEEP (B-L-D)

• Breakfast at hotel
• Transfer at 07:00 with jeeps towards the Cu Chi tunnels
  • Jeeps take turns to enter the hotel entrance to pick up the guests.  3 persons per jeep.  Every jeep should have 3 bottles of water, so water for each person.
• 08:30 Arrival at the Cu Chi tunnels.  At arrival parking, the buses should be here for the return transfer.  All guests can put their hand luggage on the coaches and can take drinks from the coach. The guests will be led to the wash rooms if requested.
• 09:00 Visit of the tunnels: information room, walk in the area, sample of the entrance, weapon gallery, enter the tunnels.
• The people will take turn to shoot at the shooting ring. Shooting should be with 3 bullets per person. Guests will be offered a drink of any choice here.
• 11:00 Walk to the outside, stopping for a taste of the guerilla menu: tapioca with salted peanut sauce + pandan tea
• 12:00 Transfer by coach towards HCMC. The guests can watch DVD on the bus. More drinks will be offered in the bus
• 13:30 Arrival at restaurant for lunch
• 15:00 Walk towards the War Museum & visit of the museum during +/- 1 hour. Guests will be offered with cold drinks here.
• 16:00 Transfer to the hotel.  Time to refresh and relax.
• 07:00 Transfer towards the dinner cruise
  • Aperitif should be served on the top deck at the bar. 
  • International buffet will be served.
  • Free flow of drinks for 2.5 hours: soft drinks + beers + house wine
• 21:30 Transfer to hotel + overnight

Day 3: HCMC – DANANG – HOIAN (B-L-D)

• - Breakfast in the hotel.
• - Luggage should be taken out of the room about 1 hour  before departure, then being loaded onto the trucks and transferred to the airport for pre-check-in.
• - VIP service for check-in in advance
• - The guests will be transferred to the airport of Ho Chi Minh for a flight to Danang
• - Arrival in Danang. Guests will be offered with cold drinks before getting on the bus. Transfer to Hoi An.
• - Lunch at a local restaurant
• - Walk from the restaurant towards the centre of Hoi An.  Visit of the Japanese bridge (just sightseeing) & maybe visit a manor house.
• - Walk towards the silk factory where people can see how it works. Guests will be offered drinks here
• - Free time and meeting point at the bus stop (map of Hoian given to the guests). Guests will be offered drinks here
• - Transfer to the hotel. 2 keys are ready for each room.
• - Time to relax & refresh
• - Diner in the hotel. 
  • + BBQ on the beach with live Filipino band
  • + 2 hours free flow of drinks
• - Overnight in the hotel.

Day 4: HOIAN – HUE (B-L-D)

• 5:30 morning call
• 6:30 Breakfast in the hotel.
• 6:30 Luggage should be taken out of the room about 1 hour  before departure, then being loaded onto the trucks and transferred to the hotel in Hue
• 7:30 Transfer to Hue by bus with TV and DVD player, with one stop for photo on the Hai Van pass. Guests will be offered drinks here
• 9:00 coffee stop at Lang Co beach resort
• 11:00 Arrival in Hué.  Transfer to the Tu Duc tomb for visiting. Guests will be offered with drinks here
• 12:00 After visiting we drive towards a location where we take riksja bicycles that bring us to the restaurant (drinks will be served on request)
• 14:00 After lunch we take the riksja’s towards the Forbidden City. 
• We visit the forbidden city. Guests will be offered with drinks here
• 15:30 Transfer by riksja to the coach, then transfer by coach to hotel.  Check-in & time to relax
• Western Buffet in hotel (drinks will be served on request)
• Overnight in the hotel

Day 5: HUE – HANOI (B-L-D)

• - Breakfast in the hotel.
• - Luggage should be taken out of the room about 1 hour  before departure, then being loaded onto the vans and transferred to the airport
• - VIP service for check-in in advance
• - Transfer to the airport of Hué for the flight to Hanoi
• - Arrival in Hanoi. The luggage will be taken directly to the hotel for pre-check-in. The guests will be led to the bus. Drinks will be offered here.
• - Enjoy a walk in the city center
• - Visit the Temple of Literature
• - Enjoy a nice light lunch at a local restaurant
• - Enjoy a unique trishaw ride through the hustle and bustle of the city.
• - Check in at the hotel with a welcome drink
• - Free time for relaxation at the hotel pool
• 19:30 - 21:30 Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant 
• 22:00 Free time at the hotel or free for exploring Hanoi by night on your own

Day 6: HANOI – HALONG BAY (B-L-D)

7:30 - 8:30 Breakfast at the hotel

8:00 Luggage is transferred to Halong by truck

8:30 check out the hotel, then proceed to Halong Bay, a World Natural Heritage site.

10:30 A restroom stop at the shopping center on the way.

Drinks and snacks will be given n the bus

Movies will be shown on the bus.

11:00 Transfer to Tuan Chau Habour

12.45 – 13:00 Arrival at Tuan Chau Harbour, transfer by tender to the cruise

13:30 Welcome Drink – cruise briefing, safety instructions, check-in cabins - Depart to Halong Bay          

14.00 – 15.30 Enjoy local seafood at set – lunch while the junk sails to Ha Long Bay passing by Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy ( Monster head) and Am tich ( Teapot) Islets. Each person is served with 2 drinks (local beers or soft drinks or water or eta or coffee)

15:30 Transfer from Victory Star to rowing boat to visit Vung Vieng fishing village – Visit the. Floating village and the pearl farm. Rowers are local girls wearing traditional costume. It’s the opportunity to see the fisher’s daily life with the primary features in the charming nature

17.00 - 1800 Return to cruise – swimming from the boat

18:00  Continue cruising through the bay

18.30 Cooking show on the sun deck (fresh rolls)

19.30  Transfer by tender to the dinner cave

20.00 – 23.00 Enjoy dinner with DJ music. Free flow of drinks for 3 hours.

23:00 – 1:00am: Some guests may stay longer in the dinner cave

Other guests can be brought back to the ship for a rest. 2 tenders will be available at any times to bring the guests back to the ship.

Day 7: HALONG – HANOI – DEPARTURE (B-L-D)

06.30 Enjoy sunrise over the bay or take part in our morning Tai Chi class

07.00 Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries served in dining room

07.45 – 09.00 Arrival at Sung Sot grotto. Explore the most famous grotto in entire Halong Bay.

09.00 Check-out cabins and settle bills – Luggage collection

09.30  Having international buffet brunch served while cruising back to Tuan Chau Harbour

10.45  Arrival at the pier.

11:30 Transfer to Hanoi

Drinks and snacks will be given n the bus

Movies will be shown on the bus.

15:30 - 17:00 Enjoy 1 hour massage (body or foot massage) 

17:30 - 18:30 Time for walking and shopping in the old quarter

18:30  Enjoy farewell dinner at a nice restaurant – outdoor terrace

In the mean time, luggage and passports will be sent to the airport for vip check-in.

20:00 Transfer to the airport.

20:45 Arrive at the airport, receiving the boarding pass and go through the custom to get aboard the flight departure at 22:00  

End of tours.
