Day 1: Home – Hanoi

Arrival in Hanoi, the ancient intricate capital of Vietnam, meet our representatives and transfer to a hotel for check-in. Rest till dinnerDinner at Koto restaurant (sort of vocational school restaurant for disadvantaged young people), then admire Hanoi by night by bus

Day 2: Hanoi – Halong

After breakfast, check out the hotel, then take Hanoi city tour covering Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & residence, One Pillar Pagoda and Temple of Literature (The 1st University of Vietnam). Then visit a school for deaf children in Hanoi.After lunch at the Ngon restaurant with many local specialties, proceed to Halong town. Halong Bay was awarded by UNESCO as a world natural heritage site in 1994. This four-hour drive will show you the diversity of the North Vietnam villages and rice fields along the journey. Check in a hotel and rest till dinner. A sumptuous dinner awaits you at local restaurant.

Day 3: Halong – Hanoi

After breakfast, check out the hotel and enjoy half day boat trip in Halong Bay to view multi-shaped rocks and visit the dramatic caves, grottos such as: Paradise Grotto and Wooden Stakes Cave. Lunch will be served on boat with the fresh seafood. Return to Hanoi, enjoy the unique Water Puppet Show. Then check in a hotel and rest till dinner. Enjoy dinner at Hoa Sua restaurant (sort of vocational school restaurant for disadvantaged young people)

Day 4: Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City

Morning enjoy guided walking and shopping in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Check out the hotel and have lunch at Koto restaurant. After lunch, take afternoon flight to HCMC. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, transfer to check in a hotel. Rest till dinner. Enjoy dinner at Ai Han restaurant run by the deaf people

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City

After breakfast, enjoy city tour with visits to Cho Lon Market, Thien Hau temple, the War Remnants Museum, The Hundred Years Red Cathedral (Notre Dame Cathedral), The Old Post Office, the opera House and The People’s Committee House (outside only), and Visit the famous 27-7 lacquer ware work shop and handicraft center run by the disable. After lunch, Visit a school for Vietnamese deaf children. Then, enjoy some coffee at the Silence Café’ run by some deaf people. Transfer back to the hotel for resting till dinner. Dinner will be served on Saigon River Cruise along the Saigon River at the end of the day.

Day 6: HCMC– Cu Chi – Tay Ninh – HCMC

Full day excursion to visit two contrast sites: the colourful Cao Dai Holy See of Cao Dai religion in Tay Ninh which is one of the most egalitarian religions as a combination of 5 religions (Buddhism, confucianism, Taoism, Catholicism, and Islam) and the impressive Cu Chi tunnels system of the most violent battlefields in the Vietnam War. Have set menu lunch in Tay Ninh. In the afternoon, transfer back to HCMC. Enjoy dinner at a vocational school restaurant run by street children.

Day 7: HCMC – My Tho – HCMC

Morning transfer to My Tho city located on the Mekong riverside, visit the colourful Vinh Trang Pagoda, then take a wonderful boat ride on the Upper Branch of the Mekong River, visiting local houses and workshops of making coconut candies, fruit gardens, boating through small canals. Have a lovely lunch with the Vietnamese Southern style in a garden. Drive back to HCMC and relax till dinner. Dinner at a local restaurant run by the deaf or street children.

Day 8: HCMC – Departure

You will be guided for shopping at the Ben Thanh market and city center. After lunch, transfer to the airport for departure.

End of service.
