I spent 14 wonderful days in Northern Viet Nam with our noble group. 

Thanks Ms Thi for choosing us quiet and nice hotels with delicious breakfasts. 

We were very happy because we were a safe trip with the driver Thang who really calm and patient when driving in the city as well as on the highway. 

Tour guide Thuong helped us learn more about the places we visited. Mr Thuong was also very thoughtful, arranging everything so he satisfied all 12 people in the group .

Everyone is doing very well. One of our members experienced some heat exhaustion today and we decided to cancel the afternoon program in order to relax. I think everyone needed a downtime and is happy.

Mr. Tiep is doing a great job and everyone is happy with the food and the hotels. I would call everything as success.

You could do more publicity. Clients know how great you are with wheelchair. You could handle in a few more options for the evening also.

This want to confirm that Simon really stepped up and helped the Heck's with their luggage issue.  He was at the hotel to greet us when we arrived and did the cyclo ride with us.  This is what a 5* guide does and he delivered that level of service upon our return to Hanoi.
